Gardener / Landscape Operative | $80k + Super | Monthly RDO The Opportunity
We're seeking a skilled Gardener / Landscape Operative to join a leading landscaping contractor delivering high-quality commercial and industrial projects across WA. This is a full‐time role offering a competitive salary, monthly rostered day off, and a supportive team environment.
What You'll Be Doing
* General gardening and landscaping duties on commercial and industrial sites.
* Planting, pruning, mulching, and turf maintenance.
* Weed control and spraying in compliance with safety standards.
* Operating landscaping tools and equipment safely.
* Assisting with irrigation maintenance when required.
What You'll Bring
* Certificate III in Horticulture (mandatory).
* Valid Weed Spraying Licence.
* Manual Driver's Licence.
* At least 5 years experience in gardening or landscaping (commercial experience highly regarded).
* Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions.
* Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
* Valid Police Check required.
* Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team.

* Hours: 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday.
