Join Our Team as a Personal Care Worker (PCW) – Bacchus Marsh
Are you compassionate, reliable, and passionate about making a real difference in people’s lives? Invisible Supports is seeking dedicated Personal Care Workers (PCWs) to provide high-quality support to clients in community, home care, in the Bacchus Marsh area.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Assisting clients with daily living activities including personal care, meal preparation, and mobility support
* Providing companionship and emotional support to clients
* Supporting clients to maintain their independence and wellbeing
* Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in client needs
What We’re Looking For:
* Certificate III in Individual Support or relevant nursing qualification (essential for supporting the aging population)
* A current First Aid & CPR certificate
* Right to Work in Australia (passport, visa, or relevant ID)
* National Police Check
* Experience in aged care, community, or home care support is preferred
* Reliable, caring, and professional approach
