Vehicle Estimators – 2 positions available
Are you an experienced Vehicle Estimator or are you working within the automotive/smash repair industry looking for a change in role? Our client, one of Australia's most respected automotive retail and distribution groups, is seeking 2 Vehicle Estimators to join their high-performing team. About the Role
As a Vehicle Estimator, you will play a pivotal role in delivering accurate and timely repair estimates while supporting a seamless experience for customers and internal stakeholders. You will have the opportunity to work on the most luxurious and sophisticated vehicles on the market within a safe and modern work environment.
Hours are Monday to Friday 7am – 3.30pm (no overtime required).
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare detailed and accurate vehicle repair estimates and reports using industry-standard systems.
* Conduct thorough vehicle assessments to identify damage, parts, and labour requirements.
* Provide clear communication and progress updates to customers and stakeholders.
* Liaise with insurers, internal departments, and external repairers to confirm scope and costs.
* Ensure compliance with OEM repair standards and brand expectations.
* Process invoices and credit entries within company timeframes.
* Maintain accurate records, documentation, and workflow timelines.
* Support continuous improvement initiatives across service and repair operations.
About You
* Proven experience as a Vehicle Estimator OR trade qualified with automotive/smash repair experience. Motor assessors within the insurance industry also encouraged to apply.
* Strong systems skills, prior experience with iBodyshop is highly regarded.
* Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
* Confident communicator with the ability to build positive relationships.
* Customer-focused with a commitment to safety, quality and accuracy.
