Ear Hygiene Specialist

We are seeking a client-focused hearing care professional to join our specialists in assisting clients of all ages with ear hygiene, hearing assessment, and hearing protection.
The primary responsibilities of this role include:
* Conducting ear assessments using video otoscopy
* Performing wax removal using aural microsuction
* Carrying out comprehensive hearing assessments
* Selecting and fitting custom hearing protection and In Ear Monitors
* Taking precise ear impressions for custom hearing protection and CIEMs
* Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to promote awareness about hearing health and implement preventive measures
* Developing and implementing comprehensive hearing conservation programs
* Driving business growth through community engagement activities
This position is suited for a hearing professional (Audiometrist or Audiologist) with experience in manual extraction of earwax, taking ear impressions, and conducting hearing assessments. Training will be provided to complement existing expertise.

It is essential to stay up-to-date with advancements in audiology, hearing protection technology, and prevention strategies.
Experience in a clinical audiology setting is required. A minimum of 2-3 years of clinical experience and possession of a Qualified Practitioner number along with valid membership with an audiological peak body are necessary.
