About the Job As a Customer Service Officer, you will use your skills to provide high-quality first point of contact customer service to participants and stakeholders. You will manage the front desk of a high-flow reception area, supporting staff with administration duties, answering phone calls, and directing traffic to appropriate services.Provide professional support and service to all customers of MatchWorks - including participants, employers, training organizations, support services, and the general public.Provide information regarding servicing arrangements based on specific programs (DES or Workforce Australia).Handle face-to-face and multiple incoming call line customer interactions simultaneously.Ensure scheduling of participants is maintained and consultants are advised of arrivals.Carry out general administration duties, including invoice processing, postage, scheduling appointments, stationery ordering, and maintaining facilities. Skills & Experience We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Officer candidates who can deliver high levels of customer service and engagement to assist community members facing employment barriers. This role offers variety and rewarding experiences.Strong communication and negotiation skills, with conflict resolution abilities.Proven administrative skills, including word processing, data entry, and filing.Ability to accurately record and retrieve information using a database system.Excellent customer service skills, including telephone manner.NDIS Worker screening check or willingness to obtain one.
