The Opportunity
Due to growth in the region, we are seeking an experienced, organised, and motivated client-focused Site Manager to join our Gippsland team.
The Role
* Successfully deliver quality Homes for our Clients
* Scheduling Trades and Subcontractors on site
* Ensuring OH&S obligations are met weekly
* Ensure the quality of work throughout all stages of construction within set deadlines
* Liaising with clients and delivering great customer service
* Monitoring and controlling ETS budget
About You
* Minimum 12 Months Experience in Site Management.
* Strong Ability to Manage the Building Process from start to finish
* You are willing to be a team player
* Motivated and driven
* A customer-focused person with good communication skills and
* a positive can-do attitude
