Your Role
We are seeking experienced Civil Engineers to manage civil engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, within scope and budget.
Responsibilities:
* Manage civil engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, within scope and budget.
* Provide practical, solution-focused engineering advice on road, drainage, and infrastructure projects.
* Prepare cost estimates, specifications, and project documentation for design and construction projects.
* Engage and manage subcontractors and sub-consultants, ensuring adherence to contract requirements.
* Conduct project debriefs and recommend improvements for future projects.
* Maintain and strengthen client relationships through exceptional service and communication.
* Provide technical support to the Business Development team, including assistance with tenders.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (RPEQ highly desirable).
* Minimum 5-7 years' experience in civil engineering, preferably with road, water and infrastructure projects in Australia.
* Strong technical knowledge of road engineering standards, including Austroads and DTMR standards (desired).
* Proficiency in relevant engineering software, such as 12D and AutoCAD.
* Experience working with local government projects is advantageous.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
