We are seeking an exceptional Administrative Support Officer to join our operations team based in Toowoomba.

As part of our operations team, you will work on a variety of tasks to ensure that business objectives are being met.
Your typical week will include:
* Providing courteous and efficient customer service to all clients and staff
* Answering external and internal phone calls
* Managing room bookings and set ups, catering orders and event support
* Supporting office operations, including managing supply stocks and liaising with external suppliers and service providers
* Providing general administrative support to team members and acting as the point of contact for organising training and systems updates
* Collating client data and correspondence on behalf of team members
* Supporting the team with system administration document preparation and data entry

We are looking for someone with:
* Experience in a Corporate Reception or Frontline position
* Intermediate computer literacy - MS Office experience
* Excellent client and stakeholder relationship skills
* Highly skilled in prioritising tasks, problem-solving and attention to detail
* The ability to display a proactive and team-player attitude
* Exceptional written and verbal communication
