Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality information, advice and support to students via various channels
* Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to enhance the student experience
* Resolve complex student enquiries in a timely and effective manner
* Coordinate administrative services to support students
* Evaluate and improve systems, processes and practices to increase efficiency and quality
Requirements:
* A degree or equivalent qualification, with or without prior work experience
* Proven experience in administration within large organisations
* Strong customer service skills, ideally gained in a tertiary education setting
* Ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments
