Location: Parramatta
Pay Rate: $850 + super
Hours of Work: 8 hours per day / 40 hours per week
MUST: Finance management / Benefits analysis / Change Communication / HR Transformation
Primary purpose of the role
Providing financial and benefits analysis and reporting to assist in providing financial planning that will enable better decision making and ensure successful delivery of service delivery outcomes.
Key accountabilities
* Forge strategic partnerships with Program Leads, Treasury, and participating cluster agencies
* Ensure robust financial reporting, effective funding management and guidance
* Lead the development of comprehensive program financial and benefits plans
* Support Program Leads in achieving outcomes within financial targets.
* Drive the implementation of advanced financial modelling and analysis to forecast the

* Budget performance, and deliver high-quality reporting and analysis tailored to the team's role
