They are expanding the current contact centre team. This is an exciting and rare opportunity to be part of an expansion to join a one of Australia's largest and growing insurers.
About The Role
We are searching for multiple Customer Service Representatives to work in the Sales and Service Team to provide excellent customer service to new and existing customers.
The first five weeks will be your full paid training so if you don't have any experience don't worry, the team will teach you everything you need to know
* 2 Shift Times (Have to be able to commit to both)
* Thursday - Saturday @8AM - 1PM on weekdays and 9AM - 5PM on Saturday
* Sunday - Tuesday @8AM - 1PM on weekdays and 9AM - 5PM on Sunday
You will have to commit to full time training in the office for 5 weeks before transitioning to work from home and part time hours.
Duties:
* Provide friendly, professional and accurate information efficiently and in relation to home and motor general insurance products such as sales enquiries, servicing and general enquiries.
* Establish new policies and update existing policies for customers
* Achieve set business key performance indicators (KPI's) including where required converting new customers looking for quotes
* Maintain accurate customer and policy records
* Complaint investigation & analysis
Skills & Experience
* We need a minimum of 6 months customer service experience. We welcome and encourage those from retail and hospitality to apply
* Prior sales and service contact centre and insurance experience is highly regarded; however, it is not required as you will be provided full training.
* Energetic with a sheer passion for delivering excellent sales and customer service
* Ability to achieve individual and team sales and service targets
* Confidence in ability to make decisions and work within business guidelines and processes
* Enjoy working in a fast-paced, results driven environment
* Excellent communication and active listening skills with strong attention to detail.
