Our Windows & Doors Gold Coast branch has an exciting opportunity for a Sales Manager to join the team. This role will see you collaborating with the individual team members to drive and execute the branch sales strategy while maximising key client relationships.
The Role
* Provide strategic leadership, training, mentoring and guidance of technical sales teams, achieving and exceeding sales budget & EBIT targets.
* Key stakeholder management, support new and existing profitable clients' relationships.
* Partner with Branch Manager to develop and review market maps to set sales budgets periodically.
* Build brand awareness across different market segments and customer base.
* Lead, drive sales team members to achieve sales targets and professional excellence.
* Develop the team through skills matrix, selling strategies, pipeline strategies and sales culture in line with business values to greater levels of success and accountability.
The Person
* Previous experience in a similar role or within manufacturing or building products industries would be highly regarded. Experience in window and doors, for domestic, commercial and industrial markets, highly desirable.
* Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and engage a sales team. Willingness to follow business agendas set by Branch Manager, through accountability, vulnerability and empathetic leadership qualities.
* Demonstrated ability to develop and implement customer-focused strategies.
* Experience with CRM or V6 highly desirable.
