Job Description
As a Team Leader, you will play a vital role in ensuring the community receives high-quality and reliable water services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a team of professionals in delivering various works including inspection, testing, maintenance, operation, repair, renewal, and construction of water assets.
* Work in accordance with planned and reactive programs to meet service delivery functions of Water Services and regulatory standards.
* Specialize in construction of new services, modifications of existing services, asset installations and maintenance, network operation, and water quality monitoring.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A qualification in Water Industry, Civil Construction, or a relevant discipline.
* At least four years' experience in water and wastewater networks.
* Minimum two years' experience leading and supervising multidisciplinary teams.
* Demonstrated experience in operating tools and equipment for maintaining existing mains and networks.
* Knowledge of industry standards inclusive of AS*** and WSAA guidelines.
* Proven ability in planning, communicating, and coordinating resources for scheduled works and projects.
* Ability to lead teams, provide effective communication, drive performance, and foster a positive working culture.
* Hold and maintain required certifications and licenses.
