Senior Client Services Officer – Boutique Wealth Firm | Geelong

About the Role
This role is broad and engaging, with scope to take ownership and contribute meaningfully to both client outcomes and internal improvements. Some of your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
* Preparing regular portfolio valuations for clients, including assets & liabilities schedules, performance calculations, and asset allocation summaries
* Liaising with fund managers, superannuation providers, brokers, and other third parties to follow up transactions
* Assisting advisers with client queries and contribution calculations
* Managing annual reviews and Financial Directions (FDs) / Opt-ins
* Ensuring Xplan is up-to-date and reviewing templates and processes to keep them relevant
* Supporting projects focused on process improvement, technology upgrades, and enhancing client experience
About You
You're confident, organised, and proactive, with a strong client focus and a genuine interest in financial planning. You'll bring:
* Experience in a financial planning business, with a track record of implementing strategies
* Excellent communication skills and a warm, professional approach
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
* Computer proficiency – Xplan experience highly regarded
* A mindset geared toward continuous improvement and collaboration
