Senior SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant

$180,000 – $200,000 + Super (dependent on experience)
We are partnering with an organization undertaking significant HR transformation initiatives and are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant to join our Melbourne-based team.
In this role, you will lead the design and delivery of Employee Central solutions, working closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, best-practice configurations. Your responsibilities include leading implementation projects, including complex multi-country deployments.
Required Skills & Experience
* Proven experience delivering end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations.
* Strong hands‐on expertise in Employee Central, including Time Off and Time Tracking.
* Experience working on multi‐country or global SuccessFactors projects.
* Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
* Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills.
* Experience supporting testing, deployment and post‐go‐live activities.
* SAP SuccessFactors certification is advantageous but not essential.
