Position Details
As a Waste Collection/Driver Labourer, you will be responsible for:
* Maintaining a high level of cleanliness, performing waste collection duties, and driving Stonnington’s waste collection vehicles
* Carrying out all duties efficiently, safely, and competently without risk to yourself or the community
* Making a significant contribution to the cleanliness and appearance of Our City as a vital member of the waste collection team
* Participating in the review of waste collection procedures and the implementation of improvement initiatives
This is a permanent full-time position with an annual salary of $76,532 per annum, plus 10% superannuation.
Essential requirements include:
* Rear and side vehicle-loading experience
* Experience driving waste collection vehicles safely and efficiently
* Ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently
* Supportive team attitude and positive contribution to team culture
