As a Billing Specialist, you will be instrumental in managing and executing the company's financial transactions with a focus on technology and customer support. This role involves handling daily financial duties including preparing bank deposits, managing accounts receivable, and maintaining accurate billing records.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Prepares daily bank deposits, reviews for accuracy.Applies payments to outstanding invoices in a timely manner.Monitors and maintains accounts receivable aging.Assists with accounts receivable process through correspondence and collection calls as directed.Prepares customer invoices;
