About the Role TheInstallations Coordinator - New Buildswill be responsible for schedulingall "Call Ups" and Installations from our Builder Channel every week. You will be responsible for organising the day-to-day for installers and liaising with builders to ensure that call up dates and met and installations complete in a timely manner. This role works directly with thetechnical team, logistics teamandsales manager. Please note:This role requires you to be onsiteMonday - Fridayin our vibrantByron BayHead Office located in the industrial estate, however we are open to remote if you are based inMelbournefor the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities

o Confirming future availability of install teams
o Scheduling appointments for the week/day
o Recruiting electricians nationally with a focus on VIC & NSW
o Liaising via phone and email with installers, builder and site supervisors
o Regular confirmations & rearrangement negotiations
o Resolving issues as they arise before arriving onsite and onsite
o Reaching resolutions by defusing and reassuring sometimes frustrated installers and supervisors
About you
*
o Minimum 2+ years relevant experience in the construction industry (scheduling, project management, BDM)
o Charm and persuasion - you will need to be able to get your way
o The ability to multitask
o Effective problem solving
o Excellent organisation skills and the ability to prioritise
o Tech Savvy and commercially astute
o Currently residing in the Northern Rivers/Gold Coast region (able to commute to our Byron Bay office Monday-Friday)
