Job Summary:

We are seeking an Administration Officer to join our team. This is a 12-month part-time fixed-term contract, with the potential for extension.

Duties and Responsibilities:

* Provide high-level support to internal and external customers
">
* Process invoices and local customer payments as required
">
* Support First Aid Training, Sales and Services of First Aid Kits
">
* Liaise with debtors/customers/sponsors to ensure receipts are received within payment terms
">
* Conduct accounts duties including creditor accounts, bank and investment reconciliations, receipting of customer payments, day-to-day banking, and maintenance of financial files and records
">
* Assist the Regional Finance Coordinator with End of Month processing and financial/audit inquiries
">
* Perform various administrative tasks as required
">

Requirements:

* Proven administration and data entry experience
">
* Previous experience conducting Accounts Payable and reconciliation tasks
">
* Ability to work autonomously
">
* Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
">
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite
">
* Established data entry skills
">
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
">
