Our Federal Government Client is seeking an experienced Test Salesforce Automation Manager to join their team. This is a 12-month contracting role with a 1x12 extension option. The position is open to ACT and VIC with a hybrid working arrangement. Applicants must be Australian Citizens capable of obtaining a baseline security clearance.
Role Details:

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage test delivery with vendors and internal staff, ensuring projects meet scope, schedule, cost, and quality targets.
* Serve as a Test SME, guiding stakeholders in tool usage.
* Analyze and report on test activities, escalate issues and risks.
* Develop test plans, cases, and data based on specifications.
* Assign and oversee execution of test cases.
* Contribute to team improvements, including automation and process enhancements.
* Identify, document, and manage defects and errors.
* Manage testing across multiple projects.
* Record testing efforts accurately.
* Collaborate with stakeholders for project implementation.
* Manage defect triages and meetings.
* Support business teams during User Acceptance testing (UAT).
Candidate Requirements:
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Experience with large organizations on complex software deployments.
* Relevant technical experience (application development, database, deployment, infrastructure).
* Enthusiasm for accessible design and development.
* Experience leading testing for complex programs and creating Test Summary reports.
* Agile testing experience with accountability for sprint commitments.
* Proficiency with test management tools, especially Jira Xray and Salesforce CRM.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to build relationships and foster innovation across dispersed teams.
