We're looking for Retail Shop Assistants to join our team. If you're passionate about making a difference in your community, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities
* Ensure the smooth operation of our retail shops by opening and closing as required
* Process sales efficiently on register cash and EFTPOS systems
* Sort and categorise donations to maintain an attractive store environment
* Pricing, hanging and displaying stock to maximise sales potential
* Fully stocked shop displays from excess in backrooms
* Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers
* Maintain high standards of housekeeping duties
* Organise returns to be sent back to the warehouse in a timely manner
We offer flexible full or half-day commitments from Monday to Saturday, with the option to work Sundays as well. Our volunteers come from diverse backgrounds, ages, and levels of experience, all united by their dedication and enthusiasm.
