Clinical Nurse Consultant Grade 2: $66.50 - $67.83 per hour
Occupational Therapist Level 4: $61.35 - $62.84 per hour
Senior Psychologist: $60.12 - $65.14 per hour
Social Worker Level 4: $61.35 - $62.84 per hour

The Nepean Mental Health Centre provides inpatient care for people experiencing acute mental health issues through the short-stay Psychiatric Emergency Care Centre (PECC), the Acute Mental Health Unit, Mental Health High Dependency Unit, and Older Persons Mental Health Unit. We support our Patients by linking them to case managers for ongoing treatment and support within an environment appropriate to the person's needs.

**What you will bring to the role**
- Qualifications and experience in mental health: - Occupational Therapy: minimum Bachelor degree and 3 years' full time equivalent experience and APHRA registration as an occupational therapist - Social Work: minimum Bachelor degree and 3 years' full time equivalent experience with eligibility for AASW membership - Nursing: minimum Bachelor degree in nursing and post graduate qualifications in mental health/related area and minimum 5 years' full time equivalent experience - Psychology: Full registration with AHPRA as a Psychologist and a current Senior Psychologist or eligible for Senior Psychologist grading (with no less than 12 months service at the 9th year of service and thereafter rate).

- Demonstrated advanced communication and inter-personal skills across a variety of mediums including effective negotiation skills with a range of internal and external key partners
- Proven ability to work autonomously, provide senior clinical leadership and make clinical decisions in the management and care of mental health consumers
- Demonstrated experience and expertise in providing clinical assessment, care planning and coordination with mental health consumers within a strengths and recovery oriented framework
- Demonstrated ability to foster interagency collaboration to support coordinated and integrated mental health emergency response to consumers in crisis
- Demonstrated high level problem solving skills and a proven ability to comply with protocols in relation to staff safety in all service provision settings
- Current Driver's Licence and willingness to use for work purpose travel.
