* Oversee clinical care delivery within a large aged care facility, ensuring compliance with aged care standards and regulations.
* Lead and mentor a team of registered nurses, enrolled nurses, and personal care assistants, promoting collaboration and knowledge sharing.
* Collaborate with Residential Managers and allied health professionals to develop and implement care plans tailored to individual resident needs.
* Ensure the facility meets regulatory requirements and maintains high standards of care, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
