We're seeking a Senior Project Coordinatorwith proven experience working in commercial construction.
You will be helping lead the delivery of high-profile commercial construction project.You'll be part of a well-resourced site team, delivering mixed use residential and commercial office developments.
What we are looking for
* Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Building, Quantity Surveying or similar
* Minimum five years experience on commercial construction projects above $15 million in a similar role
* Clear understanding of the tender processes and the procurement and letting of trade packages.
* Strong financial understanding and knowledge of construction costs and monthly reporting.
* High attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills
* This Senior Project Coordinator will co-lead with the Project Manager, ensuring that activities comply with the Contract Specification and Quality requirements.
* Confident in coordinating large-scale commercial projects from concept to completion
* Self driven, detail orientated and passionate about building relationships across the industry
* A working knowledge of construction specific Acts, Codes and Regulations, specifically the Building Code of Australia, Security of Payments Act and the Work Health & Safety Act
* Previous experience with Estimate One, Hammertech and Procore highly desirable
