Our client is an award winning ASX Listed Financial Services business. As a Face-to-Face B2C Sales and Education Specialist you will visit client sites to engage and educate employee groups on the benefits of Financial Products - Novated Leasing and Salary Packaging solutions.
These sites are mostly existing relationships that are fully pre-qualified. You will need a strong sales background and have demonstrated experience being able to work autonomously, managing your own day / KPIs and deliverables. This will require an experienced salesperson with a proven track record.
The Role:
* To contact client sites and arrange presentations, workshops and consultations
* To conduct presentations, workshops and consultations at client sites
* To identify customer needs and match with relevant salary packaging / leasing and financial products and services
* To establish and manage relationships with key client stakeholders with view to increase awareness in region
* To identify opportunities in the region/client base to increase awareness and sales and leasing lead volumes
Required Skills:
* Proven sales skills with ability close and/or generate leads
* Strong Customer Service focus and ability to engender this approach and attitude.
* At least 2 years' experience sales or similarly related role
* Proven client relationship skills
* Ability to engage an audience, present to small/medium size groups and one on one
* Proven strong time management and organisational skills
* Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
* Current Drivers licence and full-time access to car
* Ability to work autonomously
