**ABOUT THE POSITION.**
The company has a solid pipeline of extensive, unique, large scale projects. They are seeking a qualified, enthusiastic MEP Cost Manager that can efficiently take a leading role in delivering projects. In this position, you will be thoroughly engaged in all aspects of the project cycle while also providing executive support to the Directors.
**DUTIES.**
- Responsible for Pre and Post Contract work
- Manage MEP services
- Responsible for leading projects from start to finish
- Facilitate client and stakeholder management
**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.**
- A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or equivalent
- Minimum 4 years Quantity Surveying, Estimating or Mechanical engineering experience in Australia
- Excellent technical MEP skills
