About The Role
ABOUT THE ROLE:
An exciting opportunity has come up to join Merri-bek Libraries. This is a temporary full-time role based at Coburg Library.
The Multicultural Services and Community Programs Librarian role is responsible for organising library-based community activities and programs, promoting reader development, maintaining our community language collections and providing targeted library and information services to those in the local community from a culturally and linguistically diverse background.

* Teamwork, supervisory and communication skills
* Excellence in customer service provision to all sections of the community
* Demonstrated experience in organising community-based programs and services to targeted groups
* Ability to deal with difficult situations
* Ability to problem solve
* Good organisational and time management skills
