* Lead and inspire a team of 8 brokers — coaching, developing and celebrating wins
* Take ownership of a $600K+ portfolio across multiple industries
* Ensure branch profitability, compliance and seamless client transitions
* Provide strategic advice on complex risks and contract reviews
* Drive branch growth through relationships, initiatives and your own ideas
You'll be a fit if:
* You've spent 5+ years in commercial broking, ideally managing mid-market portfolios
* You know your way around ISR, Liability, Financial Lines, Commercial Motor and Construction risks
* You can review contracts and advise confidently on PI and construction exposures
* You're ready to step up and lead — not just manage
* You combine commercial acumen with the ability to develop people and influence outcomes
* You're proactive, ambitious and thrive on shaping strategy
