* Parramatta and Sydney Olympic Park
* $196,275 pa. Package includes salary from $165,865 to $173,174, plus employer's contribution to superannuation of 12% and annual leave loading.

About the role
We have an opportunity for a Test Manager to be part of our Testing Services, Technology and Communication Services Command. The Test Manager is responsible for leading the delivery and acceptance of all aspects of Information and Communications Technology (ICT) testing. This includes overseeing preparation of the test strategy/plan through to test execution, including sign-off testing for go-live. The position requires the maintenance of productive relationships with key stakeholders, testing team, system integrators and NSWPF business representatives.

This role operates as the primary Test Management authority for several program streams reporting to the Test Capability Lead and representing the Testing Services capability within Technology & Communication Services Command. The position is accountable for end-to-end test management across multiple landscapes, requiring strong stakeholder management, scheduling, Test planning, and governance to ensure high-quality outcomes within a high-profile program environment. The role is responsible for Quality Product delivery managing release readiness, ensuring all entry and exit criteria are met for every deliverable, maintaining oversight of all non-program (BAU and cross-project) changes, and aligning these with program schedules to minimise disruption. Additionally, the position contributes to the strategic uplift of release and test management processes, including the enhancement of tools, frameworks, and quality controls across the non-production environment.
