Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated on-site Apple Repair Technician to join our team in Perth, WA. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing Apple devices, performing equipment maintenance, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining service equipment, and providing exceptional communication and support to clients. You will work within a collaborative and professional environment, delivering high-quality technical service at a Perth School.
Qualifications
* Strong skills in appliance repair and equipment maintenance
* Ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively and efficiently
* Experience in achieving and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Organizational and time-management abilities
* Apple certification
* Experience in Apple device repair is requirement
