Primary School Curriculum Coordinator
The King's College is a leading educational institution providing quality education to students from Pre-kindergarten to Year 12. With a current enrolment of over 970 students, the College has a strong commitment to ensuring child safety and promoting a growth mindset in its students.
This role requires a highly organised and motivated educator who is committed to implementing best practices in curriculum development and assessment. The successful applicant will oversee the planning and execution of programs in Years 3-6, ensuring alignment with school and national standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* To support teachers in delivering high-quality curriculum implementation
* To develop and maintain assessments, analyse student data, and monitor student progress
* To collaborate with the Head of Primary to facilitate professional learning programs
* To coordinate the Gifted and Talented Program – NEWTON 3-6, developing an engaging curriculum to challenge and support high-achieving students
Requirements:
* A recognised teaching qualification and current TRB registration
* Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills to enable professional interaction with staff, parents, and support staff
* A current Working with Children Check and National Police Clearance
* A personal relationship with Jesus Christ and adherence to the 'Staff Code of Conduct', 'Child Safe Policy', and 'Statement of Affirmation of Faith'
