We are looking for a highly skilled Planner to lead our project planning team. As a Planner, you will be responsible for developing and managing project schedules, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Developing project schedules and ensuring timely completion of tasks
2. Liaising with the project team to identify opportunities to reduce time and mitigate risks
3. Providing assurance on achieving key dates and delivering the project on schedule
The successful candidate will have a strong background in construction planning, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure. A commercial mindset and experience with variations and claims for delay will also be highly valued.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
* Experience in resource loading and man-hour collation
* Ability to write routine reports, basis of program reports, and identify program risks
* Problem-solving skills and the ability to research innovative ways to reduce costs through efficient programming
