The Position
The Concierge Supervisor is responsible for delivering an exceptional and luxurious living experience to residents of Saint Moritz Beachfront Residences, Melbourne. Working directly with the Building Manager, you will lead the wider Concierge team to success in all facets of resident satisfaction
You'll build warm, professional relationships with residents and their guests to support their lifestyle and ensure their experience is seamless, elevated, and personal. We pride ourselves on going the extra mile and always finding a way to make things happen.
Key Responsibilities
Resident Experience
* Act as a primary point of contact for resident enquiries, service requests, and feedback.
* Proactively maintain a premium resident experience aligned with five-star service standards.
* Lead, train, and support the Concierge team in delivering consistent service excellence.
* Resolve escalated concerns promptly while maintaining positive relationships with residents.
Resident Community
* Plan, coordinate, and execute resident engagement events across the property.
* Work with customer care and Building manager to align event themes with brand values.
* Manage event planning, coordination, and resident communication.
* Gather post-event feedback and identify areas of continuous improvement
Team Management & Rostering
* Coordinate weekly rosters for the Concierge team
* Review and manage timesheets, leave requests, and shift coverage.
* Support onboarding and training of new team members.
Payroll & Compliance
* Prepare and submit accurate weekly payroll in line with award rates and internal processes.
* Ensure compliance with labour regulations and confidentiality standards.
* Work closely with People & Culture and the external payroll providers to resolve discrepancies.
Resident Bar
* Manage stock ordering, cost control, and supplier coordination.
* Complete monthly stocktakes with accuracy and accountability.
* Monitor sales and identify opportunities to promote high-performing products.
Administrative Responsibilities
* Distribute weekly resident newsletters to promote services, events, and community updates.
* Conduct regular property inspections to ensure presentation and standards reflect the GURNER brand.
* Follow up on incidents and report to Building Management.
Owners Corporation & Upholding Registered Rules
* In conjunction with the Building Manager, and in consultation with the OCC, ensure the concierge team understand and uphold the registered rules of the building, and follow all relevant policies and procedures.
* Work closely with the Building Manager and the OCC to ensure an aligned approach and consistent messaging from the concierge team that reflects the shared values of the OCC and Building Management, as well as the agreed standards of building operations.
The successful candidate will have
* Experience in a five-star environment (preferred)
* Proven track record of resident or guest satisfaction
* Passion for luxury and fostering a sense of community and inclusion for all residents
* Experience supervising a team
