Lead a global engineering function, building and scaling high-performing teams that deliver exceptional products at pace. Work closely with leaders to shape technology vision and execute against ambitious product roadmaps.
This role is for technical leaders who can operate at strategic and hands-on levels, setting direction, building capability, and ensuring quality, scalable software drives customer impact.
Our tech stack includes React & TypeScript, Ruby on Rails with GraphQL, and Python with WebSockets & Protobuf.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and execute detailed manual exploratory testing across web-based features
* Write clear and concise test plans, test cases, and supporting documentation
* Identify, report, and track bugs, ensuring reports are actionable and high quality
* Closely collaborate with product and engineering teams to provide early QA feedback
* Prioritize and manage multiple testing tasks to keep projects on track
* Contribute ideas to improve how we test and build faster, better QA workflows
Requirements
* Proven senior engineering leadership experience in high-growth B2B SaaS companies
* Strong technical background in modern web application architecture, ideally with experience in our tech stack or similar
* Experience leading distributed or remote-first engineering teams at scale
* Track record of delivering complex products to market at speed, balancing quality and velocity
* Ability to set clear technical direction, while empowering teams to own their work
* Skilled at collaborating cross-functionally and communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
