Join the Board of BlueCHP Limited BlueCHP Limited, a mission-focused not-for-profit organisation, is seeking three (3) highly skilled and experienced non-executive directors to join its board. As a key member of the board, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of the organisation and contributing to it's mission to deliver sustainable and affordable housing solutions. As a non-executive director at BlueCHP, you will be part of a dynamic and innovative board that is committed to delivering exceptional outcomes for BlueCHP's customers and stakeholders. You will be expected to bring your expertise and experience to the table, contributing to BlueCHP's strategic planning and oversight of financial and operational performance. You will also have the opportunity to engage with the Executive team as a critical ally, helping to drive improved sustainable performance. Required Skills The three (3) new directors will have skills in at least one (1) or more of the following: 1. Affordable and Social Housing Expertise One director will have deep experience in the affordable and/or social housing sector, with a strong understanding of housing policy, regulatory frameworks, and the needs of vulnerable or low-income communities. 2. Property Development Experience One director will have practical experience in property development, with a focus on delivering affordable or mixed-tenure housing projects, including planning, financing and risk management. 3. Corporate Finance and Funding Expertise One director will bring strategic experience (and relevant finance qualifications)in corporate finance, capital funding, institutional banking, or financial advisory, with the capability to support sustainable funding models for social and affordable housing initiatives. All directors must also have: The ability to play an active role in strategic planning and oversight of financial and operational performance including critically assessing strategic opportunities and threats for BlueCHP. Experience at board level including a sound working knowledge of corporate governance systems and frameworks, and an ability to apply that in the context of a growing, innovative not-for-profit housing provider. The ability to work effectively with peers and to engage with the Executive in the role of a critical friend, resulting in improved sustainable performance.
