About The Role

This is a new role based in our Booragoon office. The HR and Mobilisation Officer is responsible for managing and processing the life cycle of our staff from initial onboarding to regular travel and rostering. You will be administering the Donesafe IMS System, managing onboarding and mobilisations including rostered travel.

Mobilisation and Rostering

* Maintain site rosters, scheduling & planning of crew movements
* Coordinate Flight, Ground Transport and Accommodation requirements
* Co-ordinating pre-employment medicals, inductions and ensure all personnel meet site-specific requirements
* Onboarding of personnel. Ensuring requirements such as security clearances, inductions and the issuing of PPE

Human Resources Administration

* Ordering and tracking PPE.
* Assisting in recruitment of new personnel
* Monitor and upload expiring documents and competencies into relevant system
* Maintain induction records and following up with workers to ensure compliance.
* Administer and manage the Donesafe software.
* Verify any leave requests, RDOs, or shift changes are accurately recorded.

Systems Administration

* Assist in maintaining, improving, and implementing the company Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) systems.
* Administer and configure Donesafe, ensure accurate data capture, and support reporting tools/dashboard outputs to guide compliance and key performance indicators.
* Support internal audits, including preparation of documentation, tracking corrective actions, and contributing to audit follow-up and compliance reviews.
* Maintain clarity and currency of HSE and Training documentation, procedures, SOPs, and registers.
* Provide general administrative support to the HSET team.

Qualifications and Experience

* Proven experience in HR Administration.
* Experience with HR & HSEQT management software, preferably Donesafe.
* Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Organisational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
* Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyse data and provide meaningful insights.
* Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
* Integrity: Demonstrate honesty, transparency and ethical behaviour in all dealings.
