We are a well-established Cosmetic Clinic looking to expand our current marketing team. We have over 20 years of experience in Cosmetic Medicine and are currently embarking on the next phase of its business expansion.
About the role
This is a new position within the company. We are seeking a creative thinker who loves seeing their work come to life. You will work with our team to implement day-to-day marketing activities, including but not limited to:
* Create advertising & campaign strategies
* E-commerce management
* Collaborate in developing quarterly marketing plans and tracking and reporting on their ROI
* Build and nurture relationships with local media outlets, creative agencies, and key industry stakeholders
* Management of third-party websites
* Maintain quarterly and annual budgets
* Competitor & Country Clinic monitoring and advertising (SMS, Social, eDM)
* Public Relations

What we are looking for
* Bachelor's Degree in marketing, Communications, or similar (preferred, not essential)
* Someone with a passion for marketing, who is keen to grow their knowledge and skillset
* Someone with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a calm demeanour
* A creative, forward thinker with original ideas
* Excellent written and spoken communication skills with exceptional attention to detail
* A self-starter who can work independently and with a team
* Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is preferred but not necessary
* MUST have working rights in Australia
