Job Description
As a key member of our risk management team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the organization's regulatory compliance and commercial risks are effectively identified, assessed, and managed.
Working closely with the Head of HR Compliance & Employee Relations, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and embedding risk and compliance frameworks to support the People and Culture function. Your focus will be on driving compliance-related activities, quality assurance, and operational control testing across the P&C function.
Key Responsibilities:
* Implement policies and processes to ensure regulatory obligations and commercial risks are appropriately identified, assessed, reported, and monitored through control testing.
* Collaborate with teammates to maintain strong control environments, effectively managing risks and compliance obligations.
* Act as key point of contact for breach and incident investigations, working with SMEs to resolve issues, communicate findings, and ensure alignment.
* Conduct reviews and oversee assurance of P&C key business processes and controls to ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A proactive, hands-on delivery style, including preparing and socializing compliance-related dashboards and materials.
* Demonstrated track record in implementing risk and compliance management practices within a similar internal governance function.
* Demonstrated experience in dealing with internal controls, proper design, and implementation.
* Demonstrated experience in dealing with risk management, proper identification, and articulation of people obligations.
* Ability to develop and deploy quality assurance and audit-style reviews and testing in high-volume environments.
