Your new role
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced administrator ready to take the next step in their career. In this newly created dual-role, you'll combine your strong organisational skills with a passion for people and culture. You'll support the management team with executive-level assistance while also coordinating key HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and learning and development.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, thrives on responsibility, and is looking to broaden their scope into HR and executive support. Your duties and responsibilities will include:
* Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes
* Support performance management and workforce planning
* Drive employee engagement through recognition programs and team initiatives
* Provide EA-style support to the management team, including meeting coordination and inbox management
* Collaborate with external HR consultants to ensure compliance and best practice
* Assist with HR policy updates and succession planning
* Liaise with WHS for seamless onboarding and contractor setup
What you'll need to succeed
To be the successful candidate, you will have the following.
* Certificate IV in Business Administration or related field
* Proven experience in administration, office management, or EA support
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* High level of discretion and professionalism
* Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
* Experience in HR coordination or policy review (desirable)
