**About the Role**:
- Support with inbound inquiries from dealerships and service managers, handling requests and ensuring vehicles meet customer needs.
- Coordinate onboarding of customers for vehicle hires, ensuring that cars are delivered in a timely manner and that customers have all necessary information.
- Liaise with the Operations, Sales and Fleet departments to manage vehicle availability, returns, and customer requests, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Oversee vehicle returns, ensuring they are managed smoothly and in accordance with company policies.
- Regularly follow up with dealerships to ensure invoices are paid within a timeframe.
**About You**:
- Proven experience and/or working knowledge of automotive, car rental or credit hire practices is highly desirable.
- Tech savvy and strong computer literacy skills.
- Excellent phone manner, organisational skills, and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Confident in liaising with internal teams, dealerships, and customers, with a focus on providing excellent service.
