Our client is seeking a
Kronos Test & Functional Analyst
to join their team on a
14-month fixed term contract
. This role plays a pivotal part in a major workforce management transition project and will sit at the intersection of HR, Payroll, and IT.
The Opportunity
* Support the migration from Kronos WFC to UKG Pro WFM.
* Partner with IT and Payroll to configure pay rules, enterprise agreements, and scheduling.
* Lead and coordinate functional testing phases to validate data integrity and payroll outcomes.
* Establish and maintain clear documentation.
* Contribute to building a stronger framework for ongoing system support and user training.
What We're Looking For
* Strong background in
Kronos / UKG
* configuration, testing, and integration.
* Experience in payroll rules, time & attendance, or enterprise agreement mapping.
* Ability to collaborate effectively with HR, Payroll, and IT stakeholders.
* Solid documentation and analytical skills.
