This role is ideal for a seasoned Executive Assistant who enjoys working at pace, solving problems, and keeping priorities moving behind the scenes. Acting as a key partner within the executive function, the position ensures work programmes stay on track and outcomes are delivered. It also contributes to creating a highly organised, responsive, and well‐connected executive function.

Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for the Executive, triaging requests and managing priorities with discretion.
- Manage a complex, high‐volume diary to ensure effective use of time and alignment across multiple workstreams.
- Provide high‐level executive support including briefings, correspondence, reports and presentations.
- Support financial administration activities, including budgets and reporting requirements.
- Prepare and review briefing papers, monitor actions and follow up on key priorities.
- Contribute to problem‐solving initiatives and handle complex issues within delegated authority where precedents and procedures are not clearly defined.
- Build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the Executive.
- Provide guidance and support to administrative team members to drive consistency and best practice.
About you
- Proven experience supporting senior or C‐suite executives in a complex environment.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities and tight timelines.
- Strong written communication skills, with experience preparing professional documents and briefings.
- Confident stakeholder manager, able to build relationships at all levels.
- Proactive and solutions‐focused, able to anticipate needs while maintaining high levels of discretion and professionalism.
- Relevant qualification or equivalent experience in a similar executive support role.
