A prominent Federal Government agency is seeking an experienced Senior Microsoft Dynamics Software Engineer to lead the optimisation and expansion of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Journeys and Data products.
The successful Senior Microsoft Dynamics Software Engineer will be engaged on an initial contract until June 2026, with the option for a 6-month extension, and flexible hybrid work arrangements across Queensland, ACT, Victoria, NSW, and South Australia.
The successful Senior Microsoft Dynamics Software Engineer will be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Leading the expansion and optimisation of Real-time Journeys and Event Planning modules, implementing new features and producing documentation of solutions and enhancements.
- Advising on configuration of security roles, permissions, and customer engagement settings, including the customer insights connector.
- Collaborating with internal teams to develop nurture activities such as customer journey processes, trigger-based marketing, campaigns, and content personalisation.
- Providing advice and assistance on implementing brand and compliance profiles, preference and compliance centres, and consent management.
- Offering technical guidance to upskill internal teams throughout the optimisation process.
The successful Senior Microsoft Dynamics Software Engineer will have experience in the following:
- Proven experience configuring and using features across Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Journeys and Data products.
- Experience implementing and optimising Real-time Journeys and Event Planning modules to support marketing and event activities and automation.
- Strong understanding of marketing tactics and technical solutions to support them.
- Familiarity with Australian privacy laws, data protection regulations, and government IT systems and processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced environments.
