We're Hiring: Restaurant Manager / Floor Staff (Wine Service Focus)!
We are seeking service-oriented and motivated individuals to join client's Chinese and Japanese cuisine in Australia. The ideal candidate will have strong hospitality skills, basic wine knowledge, and the ability to deliver an exceptional dining experience.

Role: Restaurant Manager / Floor Staff
What You'll Do
* Deliver excellent customer service and ensure guest satisfaction
* Provide professional wine service and basic wine recommendations
* Manage daily floor operations (Manager-level responsibilities where applicable)
* Maintain service quality, presentation standards, and workflow efficiency
* Ensure cleanliness and compliance with health & safety regulations
What We're Looking For
* Fluent in both English and Mandarin
* Experience in wine service with basic wine knowledge
* Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
* 1–3 Years Of Relevant F&B Experience Preferred
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills
Salary & Benefits
* Hourly Rate (Base Pay): AUD 25–30 per hour (Based on experience and position level)
* Estimated Annual Package (Full-Time Equivalent): AUD 65,000–75,000 (Calculated based on full-time working hours)
* Commission (Performance-Based): Additional commission available for wine sales (Details to be discussed during interview)
* Accommodation Assistance (Optional Support): Employer may assist in arranging accommodation (Rental costs will be deducted from wages)
