About the Role:
Sunraysia Community Health Services (SCHS) is seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Manager to lead and inspire teams across key service areas including:
* Home Nursing
* Palliative Care
* Continence Service
This management position plays a critical role in ensuring the effective and efficient operation of our Home Nursing, Palliative Care and Continence services. The Manager's primary responsibilities are to oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure the client services are delivered at high standards while complying with relevant regulations and funding requirements.
Applicant Requirements:
* Registered Nurse (Div 1) with current registration with AHPRA.
* Minimum of 3- 5 years of clinical experience, preferably in a community or primary health care setting.
* Previous leadership and management experience in a healthcare environment.
* Strong understanding of community health principles, population health and primary care models.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Knowledge of relevant health regulations, budgeting, resource allocation and operational planning.
* Experience in middle management within a complex health environment, including HR, and performance targets.
* Excellent communication and reporting skills, including experience with state and federal reporting.
