Operations Manager - Federal Government - MELB, SYD or CANBERRA

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to join our team in Melbourne or Canberra, overseeing Federal Government SAP Customers. This role will suit an individual with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to liase at all levels, as well as outstanding organisational skills.
Suitable candidates must hold a minimum NV1 Clearance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Working across functional and technical teams to be the single service owner responsible for meeting service contractual SLAs
* Ensuring the functional and technical leads are aware of critical infrastructure, applications, and most stringent contractual targets so they can deliver great service, meet SLAs, avoid service credits/penalties and meet the operational obligations aligned with the agreed security policies
* Participating in account reviews as requested by the Account Executive
* Leading or attending operations service reviews and meetings
* Working with the DXC Governance and Compliance team to provide assurance and compliance requirements as defined in the contract and company policies, ensuring these requirements are successfully established and maintained for the account
* Assist with demand forecasting and capacity management
* Manage operational change and maintain effective operational controls and client governance
* Assist in leading service improvement plans if required whilst driving standardisation of ITIL processes across the account
* Develop, implement, and review Operational Policies and Procedures.
* Develop, implement, and review Incident Management Policy and Plans
* Oversee and draft reports
Key Skills or experience required:
* ITSM - IT Service Management
* ITIL - Information Technology Infrastructure Library
* SIAM - Service Integration and Management
* PMO experience in an SAP Project
* DevOps / Agile experience advantageous
* Incident Management Experience
