Location: Aveo Shortland Waters Retirement Living – Shortland, Newcastle NSW
Reports to: State Manager – Sales
Employment Type: Permanent full‑time (potential part‑time 4 days for the right candidate)
Interviewing: January & February 2026
Responsibilities
* Represent Aveo professionally during the entire sales journey – from tour to settlement and resident exit processes (with all tours booked via our in‑house contact centre).
* Create a warm, professional and inviting experience for prospective residents by completing open‑home tours & presentations, follow‑up calls and hosting community engagement events.
* Guide customers through their decision‑making journey, ensuring personalised service.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure properties are refurbished, marketed, presented, and priced to a high standard.
* Maintain relationships with residents and families before, during, and after settlement to ensure seamless transitions.
* Champion compliance by adhering to real estate legislation, company policies, and accurate CRM reporting.
* Ensure every step of the move‑in experience is smooth, supportive, and stress‑free for new residents.

Qualifications
* Current NSW Class 2 Real Estate Licence (required).
* Real estate experience is advantageous (e.g. Sales Agent, Property Manager, BDM); customer service, attitude and energy matter most.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport.
* Warm, professional, and polished appearance with strong customer service (first impressions count).
* Self‑motivated attitude with an empathetic approach to vendors and a team‑first mindset.
* Confidence in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (highly desired).
* Current driver's licence (required).
