We are seeking an HR Business Partner to join our team on a 12-month contract.
This role will involve partnering with diverse programs and customer groups to support business operations, which employ specialist staff with varied technical expertise.
The successful candidate will be responsible for strategic and operational HR management across the employee lifecycle, including employee development, performance management, dispute resolution, and interpretation of industrial instruments.
Key requirements include working knowledge and experience in multiple HR disciplines, commercial HR mindset, ability to balance day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives, building leadership capability, and strong engagement skills.
Australia Citizen status and baseline security clearance are also required.
