AAMG is partnering with a company who is seeking an administrator to support their maintenance planning team at their Perth office.

AAMGhave been engaged by our client partner to assist them in recruiting a Planning Administrator for their Perth office.
The Role:
ThePlanning Administratorwill coordinate administrative function to support the maintenance planning department.
Key Responsibilities:
* Proactive management of invoicing for back charge, labour invoicing, receipting and mitigating outstanding payments.
* Management of work orders
* Completing daily, weekly and end of month reporting as required by the Maintenance Manager.
* Management of maintenance documentation such as Maintenance Services Down time calculators, monthly reports and asset registers.
* Ensure effective communication of mobile maintenance activities to the management team, including status of current, overdue and future materials requirements.

Qualifications/Experience:
* Certificate in Business administration (desirable)
* 5+ years experience in administration
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Proficient using Microsoft suite & ERP CMMS systems
* Knowledge of heavy earth moving equipment (desirable)
