About the role:
* Property settlements, parenting disputes, and financial agreements
* Divorce, de facto, and spousal maintenance matters
* Advising mid-to-high net worth clients on complex asset structures
* Appearing in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia
* Drafting, negotiating, and managing matters end-to-end
The ideal candidate:
* 4–8+ years' PAE in family law, ideally in a reputable firm
* Strong client relationship and file management skills
* Confident litigator with experience running matters autonomously
* Commercially minded, emotionally intelligent, and solutions-driven
* Ready to contribute to team development and mentor junior lawyers (if at SA level)
